MR. Whitney Howard
Founder and chairman
As a life-long fan of the game, Mr. Whitney Howard, a former soccer player and current USSF “D” licensed coach, has watched and analyzed hours and hours of soccer, all the way from studying USSF youth soccer leagues from ECNL, ODP, MLS Next, to analyzing and learning the inner-workings of professional leagues such as MLS, EPL, Bundesliga, and Seria A. Whitney Howard is a soccer coach for Vision Soccer Training and Arden Park youth soccer located in Sacramento, CA. He specializes in soccer skills training for kids between the ages of 2-13 years of age. In addition to coaching soccer, Whitney also coaches Futsal for kids 5- 10 years of age. As a former player, Whitney has played competitive soccer and high school soccer in Dallas, TX.
Enrique deJesus

Mr. De Jesus was born in Morris County, New Jersey, and is currently a financial analyst for a top 100 law firm in the United States. He brings over a decade of financial operations experience to the team. He is also a huge sports fan and was a 3-sport athlete in high school. In his spare time, he is a personal trainer who is always looking for ways to improve his craft, and to also be charitable while doing so.
Bernard Strong

K Bernard Strong is a dedicated professional with a successful career over four decades. He was born in the Mississippi Delta but grew up on Chicago’s Southside. He is a graduate of Knoxville College (TN) with BS in Business Administration. His professional journey began in the financial sector, where he honed his financial expertise as a banker from 1975 -1985 and served one term as President of the Atlanta Bankers Association (AUBA). Leveraging his strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, he transitioned into real estate in 1985, where he thrived as a realtor serving as Group Head of The STRONG Realty Group, LLC. Beyond his professional accomplishment, K Bernard is a passionate advocate for youth development. He has coached and mentored over 200 youth over the years. While affiliated with the Atlanta Health Ministries, he was instrumental in obtaining a state grant to establish an after-school reading program (LEG_UP /Literacy Enhancement for Georgia Urban Pupils) which fostered a love of reading and expanding vocabularies in young minds. Additionally, he has dedicated countless volunteer hours to coaching youth basketball in the West Hunter Street Church League and coaching youth baseball as a volunteer in the City of Atlanta Park Partners Program, inspiring teamwork and sportsmanship in future generations. K Bernard Strong has been married for 35 years (Wanda) and they have one son (Joshua). He is a proud father and grandfather. He is an avid reader, writer and golfer. He is a well-rounded individual, a skilled professional committed to family, career, and the betterment of this community.
Micka Dickson

Micka has a background in advertising sales and is a Howard University graduate. She joined McAdams in 2013 as an administrative assistant and currently oversees the Administrative Services Team. In this capacity, she oversees administrative operations across all McAdams offices to develop universal standards and ensure cohesion within the company. Her areas of expertise include creating efficiencies and processes, administrative training and development, and internal client relations. Micka is also passionate about hiring talented individuals who have a desire to provide top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients.

Daniel Crabtree is a dynamic coach for U8 and U6 girls soccer teams, blending athleticism and strategy to inspire young athletes. As a four-time state champion across two sports, Daniel brings elite-level experience to his coaching. As the CEO of Fractional, he helps venture studios bring innovative early-stage companies to market. A proud father of three daughters, he resides in Sacramento, CA.
