About Us
SEMSA (Sacramento Elite Minor Soccer Academy) is an advanced skills training academy focused on developing soccer skills for boys and girls ages 5-14 years of age. Our objective is to foster the growth of pre-competitive, and pre-academy players to help them establish a strong soccer foundation.
We believe that early development of technical soccer training is essential to the development of young players and will not only give them the confidence they need but will establish the foundational elements geared for their success.

WHAT WE DO FOR PLAYERS
SEMSA is not just an academy that provides skills sessions. Though our program focuses on fun and intense soccer skills training, our focus is on developing players from first and foremost, a psychological standpoint.
We believe that the mind is everything when playing soccer. In fact, studies show that the difference between players who play professionally and those who play in low tier divisions is the players' on-field IQ and overall soccer intelligence.
At SEMSA, we believe in honing players' technical abilities while also educating them on positional play. Our unorthodox methods have produced incredible success.

What sets us apart?
SEMSA is more than a soccer academy, it is a place that truly focuses on all aspects of player development. At SEMSA we not only develop the technical, tactical, and psychological aspects of the game, but we understand the importance of developing an efficient player pathway.
We believe that every player who participates in our program can and will receive proper mentorship and consultation during, and after completion of the program. We understand the challenges players face when navigating the complex US soccer system and believe that every player should be given the proper mentorship and resources to be successful post-completion of our program.

We provide up to $5,000 in merit based financial scholarships to players who complete the program. Players can apply for these scholarship up to four years post-completion of our program.
We are more than just an academy, we are a network, and most importantly, a family.
